Personnel change in the management of the Emil Lux Company

Wermelskirchen, May 7th, 2007 - Harald Lux, President of the Emil Lux Company, decided to retire at his own request upon reaching his 60th birthday.

Since May 2003 Harald Lux serves as President at the Emil Lux Company and was responsible for the complete Purchasing Division of the company. In the third entrepreneur generation of the Lux family the company could significantly increase sales after Harald Lux joined the company in 2003 mainly by expanding the international business. Markus Vieler will assume the position as spokesman of the LUX Management. For now more than three years Markus Vieler successfully directs the Sales Division as Managing Director at the Emil Lux Company and will remain in charge of this area besides his new task. As of now Dietmar Moch, prior to this Co-Managing Director of the Corporate Category Management within the OBI group, will be responsible for the Purchasing Department of the Emil Lux Company as Managing Director.
