We do offer traineeships, since they are a good opportunity for us to get to know potential applicants. And as an applicant, you will learn what is expected of you on the job in the future. At OBI, it is possible to attend training programs either at our marts (e.g. as a trainee prior to deciding on a course of professional study) or at company headquarters. We pride ourselves on being able to offer students the opportunity to combine theory and praxis. Both you as a student and we as a company should profit from this union. That is why we only offer positions to diploma students when the requirement is present and we have enough support resources on hand.
