We are dedicated to executive training and targeted support for the next generation of managers. We use regular progress conferences as a means to evaluate our employees individually. Based on the specific content of the results, we put together a support program for each employee. We want to further develop your strengths and turn your less developed areas into strengths as well.

In order to prepare you comprehensively for a management position from the beginning, we provide our employees with the opportunity to participate in our TOP CENTER series. All three modules will introduce you to managerial opportunities, organizational aspects of the company, as well as methodological and professional competencies.
