We’ll help you get an MBA

We’ll help you get your MBA in three years. The education consists of six semesters. In each semester, you’ll go through a three month long theory phase and an equally long praxis phase. The focus of the theoretical component is on general commercial studies. Whether you are interested in sales, marketing, material sciences, or personnel management, we'll give you the preparation you need to meet the challenges of the future.

What you need to bring to the table

A high school diploma, an active disposition and creative problem solving are the main prerequisites for beginning the dual education program at OBI. If, in addition, you have also acquired some commercial experience and are willing to relocate anywhere in Germany, then you are the right candidate for us.

When does the program start?

The dual education program begins on October 1 of each year. The selection process begins in the fall of the preceding year. To enroll in the program, you should apply between October and March, and convince us that you are the right candidate for us. After reviewing your application, you’ll be interviewed by the manager of an OBI mart in your region. This interview determines whether we then invite you to the Assessment Center.
